FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

What graphics can I engrave?
Only submit orders for graphics that you have the right to reproduce.  These graphics may include your company logo, your own text, or a custom design you have made.

Please do not use trademarked or copyrighted graphics that you do not have the authorization to use.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that would infringe on copyrighted or trademarked material.  If you have any questions please use the contact form and we will get back to you quickly.

 

What is your pricing?
Our pricing is shown on this website and the price already includes custom engraving.

How Long does it take to process my order?
Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for us to complete your order. To offer the best price to you, we batch engraving in groups.  Depending on your order timing, it could be completed in 1 to 2 days or as long as 1 to 2 weeks.

Do you have a rush option?
If you want something in a rush, please order one of our in stock and ready to ship money clips from www.SuperiorTitanium.com.  If you have a larger custom order we may be able to rush it through production. Please contact us regarding timing if it is a rush.

What is your return policy for custom engraved products?
There are NO RETURNS on custom products.  Please ensure you carefully review your online proof prior to ordering.
